december 16,2020 weight 151.0, blood sugar 100. Having some days when appetite is down so taking advantage. Taking vitamins, drinking lots of water, and only eating when I am actually hungry, No bread or sweets, lean and green. Digestive upset is never fun but it does help keep random eating down. That is the other thing, eating little bites of this and that has kept my weight up all month. Owning up to the truth really helps.
The program comments that at this rate of loss it will take four months to reach my goal, but since my goal is good health, it really is not a problem. Having blood sugar at 100 to 120 is great.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
