I just recently joined Weight Watchers. I'm wanting to loose weight for multiple reasons. The main reason is that my family has diabetic history and am trying to not get that disease. Another reason is because I feel very unhealthy. I have done weight watchers before and lost some weight but just never stayed with it. So hopefully a third time is a charm!
Today I went to panera with a friend and could still eat what I wanted and work it into my points. I've learned thats what its all about you can eat what you want just do it in small portions.
