Down a pound today. :) Almost back in the 260's! Woot! Though I won't feel completely back on track til I see a number under 269. Which was my lowest weight in December. Feeling pretty good about everything right now. Just going to keep moving forward a little at a time, til I get there.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 January 2011:
1379 kcal Fat: 45.45g | Prot: 94.25g | Carb: 158.29g.   Breakfast: Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer, land o lakes light butter, cinnamon raisin swirl, coffee. Lunch: turkey pepperoni, prego roasted garlic and parmesan, great value lemonade, water, great value italian blend, joseph's flat bread. Dinner: water, baby carrots, great value lemonade, long grain white rice, butterball ground turkey, Onions. Snacks/Other: light cheese heads, fiber one bar, EAS whey protien powder chocolate, coffee brewed, Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer. more...

I plan on it Britt! :D New Year, New Resolve! Woot! Going to keep moving forward, and keep on track as best I can with the the obstacles life is throwing at me this month. ^.^
