No weighin this morning. Morning of hell. -__- Got woken up from dreaming by the toddler escaping her crib. Such a nice dream about moving to a bigger place. :) With nice landlord/lady people. *sigh* Put on the morning cartoon, grabbed a banana for the monster child, went to put on coffee, and I'm completely out of filters. Got dressed (all the while the toddler is yanking on my hands trying to get me to go watch her cartoon with her) I'm only half awake, but I make it to the store without running any person or animal over in my grouchiness. Besides filters, I got Kashi's Toasted Berry crumble, and I love it!! :D So delicious with almond milk. ^.^ And tried Bailey's Toffee Almond creamer, Yummmm. Pair really well with strong coffee. And now I feel mostly normal. I was looking for something high in fiber and protein for breakfast, and that really works for me. Quick and easy.

Looks to be a very pretty day outside, if a bit cool. The elementary school down the street started back today. 1/2 thinking of strapping Jules into the jogger and taking a walk. Hoping my foot won't give me too much trouble. Shopping over the holidays wasn't too bad, but even with riding in the car from store to store, it left my foot sore afterwards where my shoes pressed on the top of it.

I got my meals and snacks planned out for the day too. I seem to do better when I plan in advance for the day. oh and I managed to drink 12 cups of water yesterday. :) As long as I have a water bottle near me, I steadily drink out of it.

Heading out now for a walk with Jules. :)

mmm that toasted berry crumble sounds tasty. Good job on planning out your meals and snacks. That always seems to work for me too. I hope your foot doesn't give you too much trouble on your walk. Have a great day!

Thanks Britt! ^.^ I was okay for the first 1/4 of the trip, before it started getting achy. We walked 2 hours, went up and down a few hills. Me, Hubs, and Jules. Lots of fun. Saw a family of Eastern Blue Birds, a pair of Black poodles, some construction at the college, and lots of puddles. All in all a good walk, that I'm now feeling the burn from ugh. Definitely a hot bath night for me with lots of salts. :D
