Leg day went great. Did 2 sets of my stand-to-stand bridges at 12 reps each. Will aim for 15 next time. Oh, and squats went well too, but it was the RDLs that really made my legs burn.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
