I am still keeping with my exercises and eating right.. seems like the scale is moving slow but I am fitting into clothes that I could not fit before, so maybe I am losing inches..which is also a good thing.. I am continuing with my challanges because they are keeping me motivated..
185.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
