Starting off a new month - Personal Goal is to be closer to 260 the end of the month - at least below 265 by my birthday March 24. The first 10+ loss was just beginners luck. Now the work starts.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
