Well so much for being so disciplined! We went away for the long weekend (Fri - Tue) and to be honest I pigged out, but at the same time I needed this holiday and I feel more like myself after this trip, which i haven't felt in a long time. It doesn't excuse my eating but at the same time there wasn't other options since we were in an area that has a basic diet of bread, bananas, fish and chicken. Bread was the main ingredient to all meals, and If I never eat a roll again it would suit me perfectly well!

Wed I am back on track and I am going to be extremely strict with myself these next few weeks as I have goals to reach before the end of Oct!
Hope everyone is still on track <3
