When oh when will this cold go away!? I'm losing valuable workout days before the wedding. :(
149.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 January 2011:
1596 kcal Fat: 22.99g | Prot: 99.30g | Carb: 241.21g.   Breakfast: cheddar cheese shredded, pom juice, egg beaters, milk. Lunch: banana, Yoplait Light blueberry. Dinner: honey, Laughing cow, celery, milk, soy sauce, butter, balsamic vinegar, asparagus. Snacks/Other: sugar babies, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, fudgsicle. more...

I hope you feel better soon Chris. As I told you this seems to be such a long lingering sickness. You should be on the mend soon though. Keep the faith.
