For the last 5 days I've been eating terribly bafm Gained the 3kg that I lost. Lost the motivation that I gained and became sad, tired, demotivated and depressed. Technically, I now have 3 months to lose weight. In a holiday season. It's going to be super difficult. But choose your difficult 😔 Difficult to fit into a dress or Difficult to stick with healthy eating, exercising and staying consistent.
