Plateaus suck!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A plateau is when you stay the same weight for weeks on end. Change up some of things you are doing (eat different foods, change exercise such as duration and intensity or if you don't, start). There's all kinds of things you can do. Your weight history looks great.

I agree ... plateaus do suck!! Even if they are only for a few days ... Our bodies do know what they are doing even if we don't like it. Changing exercise, foods, varying caloric intake are things you can do ... but staying steady is PROGRESS!!!
