Mostly water weight, but still 😁
175.5 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I sweat a lot 😅 But also if I eat exactly at maintenance I find that I'm 300-600g heavier than when I weigh myself the next day.
