Ugg, today I weighed myself and I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I need to make major changes, but I need the support of my family to do it. I watched the documentary "I Used to Be Fat" and that 18 year old girl had so much drive and desire to lose weight! I was inspired! I know I won't get to the gym everyday, but I am going to try to closely monitor my food diary, I have the mobile app, so there's no excuse not to use it. I set my goal at 1700 calories and I am really going to try. I work at McDonald's so there is soo much temptation and my willpower stinks!! I have some things I want to try to do and I really want to succeed for myself and my family. I hate being the "fat mom" at the gym or the "fat mom" at school functions. Time for a change!!
