Just scraped by staying at 142! Wish I had lost, but I understand why I didn't and I'm just grateful that I didn't gain. I'm starting the 30 Day Shred challenge on Sunday and I would love to see some toning happening.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same same!! I have been slacking on my working out big time. I hope this shred works. Just be prepared to not be able to walk the next day. It's killer.
