holding steady...a little frustrated that I'm the same weight two days in a row despite staying within my caloric limit, limiting carbs, and getting in a lot of exercise :(
204.3 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
