Not perfect this week.. had a few cookies at work and a drink last night... but truly I feel very good about the steps I've taken! I'm eating way more veggies and by making one of my 3 things for a week to eat fruit with breakfast I'm doing good there and finding it filling.
Had another awesome 12 mile run this morning and we walked around today at a festival, so a good calorie torcher.
Fingers crossed it all starts to pay off soon.
