So close yet so far. Haven’t really exercised much the last few days but I have been really active.

I changed my goal weight down 5lbs. Hopefully progress doesn’t slow down too much now that I’m not in the “above average” BMI area. I think I should try and weigh myself only every 5 days.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
