Yesterday, I needed comfort food. I settled on a vegetarian pizza with added tuna. Not too bad of a pizza choice, though a weight loss wise bad choice. I did enjoy it though. Of course, the result is that I gained 400g since yesterday.

Today is a whole different story. The rope for my weight-loss-tight-rope has been tightened. I am going back to work today, back to swimming, back to exercising and back to eating right. Boy, have I missed it.

These last 10 days of holiday cheer have been SO difficult for me. I have not been able to swim, as the pools were closed, and not much walking because of heavy frost and snow. Holiday foods are fat foods and that did not exactly help either. I guess I should just appreciate that I got though it without a significant weight gain (actually, a minor loss, now that I think of it!).

So what I am saying is: Today I am focused, on track, and ready to take on the world and losing more weight. I start by arriving at the pools in 40 minutes! Go go go!

Life is very good! Bring it on, 2011! :)
290.8 lb Lost so far: 50.9 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
