Unfortunately, the numbers went back up this week. I didn't go totally off track, however, when you have an extra 100 or 200 calories a day above your limit you will see a difference. This is just a small setback, even with the holiday being tomorrow I feel can lose the couple pounds plus one or two more by next week. Here's to brighter results 🌷🌟🌞
