Weight up, but body fat % down. (36,1%) took a break from tracking. Had a busy time and then had a short weekend away for my wifes birthday. Reasonable eating overall, but lots of physical activity. Incl strength training. Have been hitting my calorie burn goal more often.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
