I HAVE NOT BEEN ON HERE AND JUST STOPPING THROUGH BUT I HAVE BEEN ON AND OFF MY DIET BUT IT A NEW YEAR I HAVE LOSE MORE WEIGHT. IT HARD BECAUSE MY ILLNESS BEING DIAGNOIS WITH CELIAC SOMETIME DEPRESSED ME BUT I CAN DO IT. HAPPY NEW TO EVERYONE!!!!
321.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes you can do it! There are so many products on the market that help people lead a gluten-free diet. Try Whole foods or Trader Joe's...they have SO MANY products that are great. And Happy New Years to you as well!
