🤨 maybe I gained muscle? Today is the first day of trying to gain muscle. No crazy eating, just lift heavy weights. This phase’s challenge: gain 10lbs of muscle. Sit at 140 since I know skinny weight can be ~130. Good luck. I love you. 😘💕
140.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
