What a great start to the weekend.
I went for my medical assessment on Friday, and the results were so not what i expected.
I actually weigh under 90kg, which is awesome, and I'm 2cm taller, lol

Had cake over the weekend, 2 slices, but managed to keep everything under control.

Tea time on a Sunday with no cake is just wrong; so we opted for a sponge cake with caramel. slices were cut very thin, so the 2 slices really made 1 normal slice.
I think I done well this week - now I just need to start with the exercising.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
