This has not been a good week. Why must the first week always be the hardest? :-(

As I'm typing this, I'm downing a cup of coffee with creamer and sugar!
But what I have realised is that when you have to write down everything that you are putting in your mouth, you tend to eat a little bit better, as it becomes more real when you see the "junk" that you are eating.

Well, tomorrow I'm off to the Sports Science Institute to take part in some medical research about women who struggle to lose weight.
I'm a bit nervous as the first visit consists of lots of exercise; but then on the other hand I'm excited as maybe this will put me on the right track.

So anyway, let me finish my cup of coffee, feel guilty about it, and then just crave about that chip roll that I so much want to have for lunch but WILL NOT!
