Cookies. Fucking cookies. My partner got high and made the most delicious chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and being the idiot I am I ate five. That's over 2000 calories right there.

I still want to celebrate the victory of awareness. I'm measuring again. I also lost a few pounds.

Also, I quit drinking. Mostly. I had a drink on November 7th. None since October 31st.

I think I'm going to quit weed as well. When I consume my munchies are out of control. The relaxation and anxiety reduction isn't worth it since it delays my goals.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
