I've been down this road before...
220 today. so I get to visit 219, 218, 217, 216, 215, 214, 213 before I can visit 212 for the first time in 3 years... lol
I must have lost 600 pounds... but i just keep finding them! 🥴
219.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
