I’ve been working extraordinarily hard to get things down. Once I’m in safer range, I plan on cutting back on the training sessions and move to just a pound to half pound a week. Right now though, it’s three a day and and focus on macros in my diet.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
