1720 kcal Fat: 45.50g | Prot: 65.11g | Carb: 278.35g.   Breakfast: splenda, darigold fat free half and half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Oregon Marionberry, Sweet Orange Marmalade Preserves, Original Liquid Eggs, Colby Jack Cheese, Sandwich Slims Multi-Grain, Pico de Gallo, 97% Fat Free Fully Cooked Canadian Bacon. Dinner: White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only). Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Sour Cream & Onion, Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice, Fruit Naturals Red Grapefruit, Banana Split Minis, Movie Theater Butter Popcorn, apple crunch pak, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Biscotti. more...
