I don't understand why I went up instead of down.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

It could be: too much sodium in your diet yesterday, sore muscles from exercise, medications, hormones, stress, inflammation, too many carbs, etc. So many things can make our bodies (made up of 60% water) fluctuate hourly. Stay hydrated and keep going.
