November 12, 2020. wt 153.2, blood sugar 124. did a fairly good job of not eating until blood sugar was 100 or lower. Ate 1/2 oz of almond flour banana bread. Nearly impossible to estimate. i can sort it out by adding up all components and weighing result so I can get servings down to ounces. I don't think i should make a habit of eating it. Not satisfying and too high in calories.
