I got glutened on the weekend and am still dealing with the effects. My weight loss journey this year has taught me that gluten is not my friend. I expect a drop soon...
118.6 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
