I have not been following any kind of healthy eating plan for a while, so as you can see I have gained some weight. I have had too many other things to focus on besides myself. I am so determined to do this and not let myself get sidetracked again. I am not sure what kind of exercise I am going to be able to do though, the pain in my legs and back is much worse. I do know that if, no scratch that, when I can get this weight off I will be doing so much better.
