Today was is my birthday and I couldn't have asked for a more awesome day. Great time with my family, calls and texts from friends and family that live states away. Absolutely one if the best days. My family did the extra mile. Yes, I'm bragging because sometimes things get tough and we need to highlight the good times to help us through the not so great times. For once, I didn't feel like I should hide behind someone when pictures were taken. A little more confident with my size. Also, a new weight low. After all the food today that will probably change. It's all good.

195.0 lb Lost so far: 115.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
