Not here to make excuses...I'm a foodie at heart and I love food, what can I say except that I really need to stay away from the food rich in gluten and pay attention to the fact it will make me sick but they do taste yummy...as Mitch would say to me when I decide to blow the gluten free restrictions...in for a penny, in for a pound and well I gained but not complaining as the only person in control of putting the food in my mouth is me and nobody else :) Happy New Year to those reading this and may we all whatever personal goals we have (big or small) in 2011 :)
136.4 lb Lost so far: 103.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
