Yesterday was better, I was feeling nearly as hungery, which I knew would happen. Tuffest thing yesterday was having to sit in the truck last for a half hour that turned into an hour, to pick up my son. There was nothing on the radio, I forgot to bring my book, and all I could think about was eating something. You know just plane bordom.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
