Hello 3.6 lbs! Merry Christmas/holiday weekend. I sure enjoyed relaxing with my family and taking a break from recording every morsel that passes my lips. Eric had to work Christmas Eve and Christmas nights so we are pretending today is Christmas since he can be with us. Prime rib tonight! And then.....back to normal, until next Christmas!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
