Ate roughly 200cal surplus last week cause I felt hungrier after getting lost in the woods. Guess the witch was fattening me up. 😱

**modifying to 152-155 next week as this appears to be where I feel best.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
