Ugh - haven’t had a good few months. Back on it, need to get healthy. My motivation this time is that we are going to start trying for a baby in the New Year and I want to have the best chance, so this time I am not only motivated for myself but also for the possibility of a new addition to the mix.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
