Well, I’m back! Fell of the wagon, it ran over me, and I laid in the dirt for awhile. Now I’m brushing myself off and getting back at.

Please let me know of ways that keep you motivated. I’m tired of going around this mountain.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine...you won't like it. Orthopaedic issue. Damaged knee. If i let my shelf fall off the wagon like i did for years then knee replacement is my future.

Just watching the scale go down - mine is a tiny bit each day - patience is the key. Know you will get there especially with encouragement from FS group. 😁👍🌺
