I have the most difficulty in the evenings.. I just don't keep track of what I eat then. Need to follow my rule of tracking everything I eat for a reason... ugh. Feeling gross and wanting to start over again. I'm great at committing and setting up the program.. but not sticking to it. Ugh - help!

You can do it!! Even though I now have a bellybean inside of me...my goals have changed a little but I still am here for you! I am still going to track what I eat (now that the holidays are over, whew!) and exercise. What can I do to help? What if we made a challenge for each other?
