don't get it, i start to exercise and the weight goes up, better be muscle.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you first start to exercise, your muscles retain water to help them heal (especially if you feel soreness). This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
