Back in the 180s!!! That is a 3.5 lb loss for the week!!yay!! Now I am determined to get to the 170s. I guess the exercise is really helping me more than I ever realized.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
