Jenny, I’m starting to wonder if I am trying. I seem to shuffle between 179 and 182 each week. I’m in a calorie deficit every day but I just hover.

I understand what you saying but as long as you know you trying just keep doing your best most things don't work out when you stress out just relax ad let it ride you will make it
