Happy Valentine's Day. Well it is slow but sure I am losing weight. Of course we want to lose it quickly but I must be satisfied with a slow gradual loss.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Tomorrow marks 4 complete weeks of us focusing on being good to ourselves by watching what we eat!! Right now ... count 16 pounds in 4 weeks. AWESOME!! I know eventually the weight loss will slow down some but you are doing great!! Let's continue to keep each other on task. It is so great we are doing this together.
