I'm apparently on the "life stress" weight loss plan right now.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1252 kcal Fat: 44.13g | Prot: 51.47g | Carb: 170.20g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Wheat bread, Blueberries , Best Choice 1% Cottage Cheese, Kind Protein Double Dark Chocolate Nut. Lunch: Brownie, Land O'Lakes Unsalted Sweet Butter, Wheat bread, GT's Organic Raw Gingerade Kombucha, Parmesan Cheese (Grated) , Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce . Snacks/Other: Hummus , Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels. more...
