Another good eating day for me, I'm very proud of myself. I didn't hit my mileage goal due to some late work, but I'll make it up tomorrow...not sure if I'm following the Diet Plan per say since I haven't gotten to that part, but I feel good about what I've eaten.
6AM: 3.6 Mile Run, 20 Min walk Oatmeal Apple Almonds
Snack: String Cheese Cupcake
Lunch: Bean Salad Chicken Meatballs Yogurt
Snack: Chicken Jerky Kashi Bar
PM: 1.5 Run, 15 min walk, sit ups Dinner: Eggbeaters Whole Grain Cereal Soy Milk Mixed Fruit
Probably a cookie as a snack in a bit. :)
