At one time I was consistent in my daily journaling, recording my meals and workouts. Then I had a life changing event that was quite devastating mentally and emotionally and I found myself quitting most things that I loved to do, including working out and eating proper meals. The Pandemic and social distancing has not made it easier but I must figure out a way to get back to that place of consistency for my sanity's sake. And although I have tried other health tracking apps, none compares to Fat Secret, so now I'm back and hopefully will develop good habits of tracking my progress again.
