Cherilrenee's Journal, 21 October 2020

At one time I was consistent in my daily journaling, recording my meals and workouts. Then I had a life changing event that was quite devastating mentally and emotionally and I found myself quitting most things that I loved to do, including working out and eating proper meals.
The Pandemic and social distancing has not made it easier but I must figure out a way to get back to that place of consistency for my sanity's sake. And although I have tried other health tracking apps, none compares to Fat Secret, so now I'm back and hopefully will develop good habits of tracking my progress again.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
