I know, I know. I told myself I can ignore my weigh in and try to lose it and act like I did so well this past weekend. Truth is I need to figure out places to eat on the go and how to be more open and not ashamed that i have to eat differently. Tomorrow is day one again. praying for discipline. Less than 2 weeks til my birthday.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am finding more and more that even fast food places have options. You just have to NOT eat the fried foods, and ALWAYS use little or no dressing, even the lite ones. If you have Chick-fi-la in your area the basic grilled chicken sandwich is only 250 calories with the bun. Go online and look at menus from your favorite places to eat and you will be shocked at the calories and fat. Then pick the least and choose wisely.

Do you have a Panera Bread by you? They have a "hidden menu" that is super paleo-friendly! Also, the salad with carnitas from Chipotle is one of my favorite (with guac, of course!).
