Exercise is better in the morning or afternoon?
143.4 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2325 kcal Fat: 111.44g | Prot: 132.20g | Carb: 214.12g.   Breakfast: Kroger Salted Peanuts, Bananas, Deli Sliced Ham, Anchor Powdered Whole Milk (Anchor), Delisoy Powdered Soy Milk (Delisoy), 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Jiffy Creamy Peanut Butter, Fried Egg, Butter, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Badia Ground Flax Seed, Nestle Chocolate Chips, Jelly (All Flavors). Lunch: Cherry Tomatoes, Ranch Salad Dressing, Chicken Breast, Dried Whole Sesame Seeds, White Rice, Chayote (Fruit, with Salt, Drained, Boiled, Cooked), Lettuce. Dinner:  Mantequilla,  Pico de Gallo,  Aguacate,  Pollo Asado a la Parrilla o al Horno (Comiendo la Piel),  Quesillo, Mission Tortillas De Harina Integrales. Snacks/Other:  Jugo de Maracuya, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread, Youtheory Collagen. more...
