this morning I weighed three times at 154.4 before I could believe that in one day I have lost 1.4 lbs. Mild tummy problems have helped.Most of the week I've had no appetite and stayed under 900 calories (Keto style) and my weight went from 157 to 156 to 155 in three days.
Surprising but not implausible if it represented loss of bloat (gain from 157 to 161) caused by deserts eaten October 4 and 5.

Morning blood sugar is 101. That is the real goal of all this and seeing that low score is reassuring.
Blood pressure is 122 over 58.
also a goal.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
